The Sharjah Book Authority (SBA) has announced that the 45th edition of the Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF) will take place from 4 to 15 November at Expo Centre Sharjah, bringing together readers, authors, publishers, translators and knowledge creators from around the world.

The 12-day event will feature literary and intellectual discussions, activities for children and young adults, and specialised professional programmes for the publishing industry.

Summer Theatre Camp for Kids at BurJuman Mall

Staying in Dubai this summer? BurJuman Mall is hosting a creative theatre camp for kids

For families looking to make the most of Dubai’s indoor summer season, BurJuman Mall is hosting a Summer Theatre Camp at BHub this July, in partnership with The Junction Academy, a Dubai-based theatre and drama academy for kids and adults.

Taking place from 6 to 24 July 2026 in weekly batches, the camp is open to children aged 4 to 16 and will feature themed sessions across acting, storytelling, spoken word, movement and theatre-making. From Storybook Theatre and Poetry in Motion to Young Theatre Makers, each week is designed to help children build confidence, express themselves and bring stories to life. Priced at AED 300 per child per week, the camp will run in two age groups, with morning sessions for ages 4 to 8 from 9am to 12pm and afternoon sessions for ages 9 to 16 from 4pm to 7pm.
