Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 30 June 2026: The Luxe Developers, the UAE-based luxury real estate developer, has formalised its AED 150 million interior fit-out contract with Interiors International Industries for its flagship Oceano development on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. Interiors International has been embedded within The Luxe Developers’ project team since early 2026, working alongside the main contractor as the development advances towards structural completion.

Presight AI Accelerator Announces Cohort II Companies

Abu Dhabi, UAE – 1st July 2026: Presight, a global leader in applied AI for intelligent systems, today announced the 12 companies joining Cohort II of its AI Accelerator programme.

The companies were selected following a global application process that attracted 376 applications from 62 countries. Since April, Presight conducted a rigorous evaluation process involving application reviews, interviews, and detailed assessments, resulting in an initial shortlist of 33 companies before narrowing the field to 16 finalists who participated in virtual Pitch Days held in early June.
