خشونة الركبة: الأسباب وطرق العلاج والوقاية

تُعد خشونة الركبة من أكثر أمراض المفاصل شيوعًا، خاصةً لدى كبار السن، وهي حالة يحدث فيها تآكل تدريجي للغضروف الذي يغطي أطراف العظام داخل مفصل الركبة، مما يؤدي إلى احتكاك العظام ببعضها وظهور الألم وصعوبة الحركة. وقد أصبحت خشونة الركبة مشكلة صحية متزايدة بسبب زيادة معدلات السمنة وقلة النشاط البدني.
