Foldable smartphones have long been defined by compromise. While they promise larger screens and new productivity experiences, they are often seen as fragile devices with limited battery capacity. For many users, especially business professionals, reliability is as important as innovation.

HONOR Magic V6 changed this perception completely, designed to move beyond the limitations that have traditionally defined the category and deliver a more complete, dependable flagship experience. Rather than forcing trade-offs between thinness, durability, and power, it integrates all three into a single, cohesive device experience.

Advanced Screen Protection Inside and Out
One of the biggest concerns for foldable users is everyday durability. Drops, pressure, and scratches remain key risks in real-world use. The outer screen is protected by the ultra-durable HONOR Anti-Scratch NanoCrystal Shield, delivering 3x greater wear resistance,15x better scratch resistance and 10x drop resistance[1] without compromising display clarity.
On the other side, the inner display features highly reliable UTG Flexible Glass and hinge optimization, delivering a near-zero crease visual experience and receiving SGS imperceptible crease certification.
Together, these technologies ensure foldable screens are built for sustained daily use, not occasional handling.
Engineered for Real-World Durability
At the core of this system is the HONOR Super Steel Hinge, engineered for endurance and capable of withstanding up to 500,000 folding cycles, delivering structural strength within a compact foldable mechanism.
This is further supported by a reinforced internal structure that enhances overall durability and impact resistance, while distributing stress more evenly across key components, including the hinge and display.
The Best Protection in a Foldable
HONOR continues to focus on making foldables more reliable through system-level upgrades on Magic V6, spanning inner screen durability, hinge strength and an upgraded IP68/IP69[2] rating for industry-leading dust and water resistance, providing robust protection even when submerged up to 1.5 meters.
The Largest Battery in a Foldable
Battery life has historically been one of the biggest compromises in foldables due to limited internal space. HONOR addresses this challenge directly.
Despite its ultra-thin profile of approximately 8.75 mm[3] when folded, and 4.0 mm when unfolded (white version), HONOR Magic V6 integrates a 6660mAh[4] HONOR Silicon-carbon Battery, the largest capacity in a foldable smartphone to date. It delivers reliable all-day performance while supporting up to 80W wired and 66W wireless HONOR SuperCharge[5] for fast and convenient power recovery.
The result is longer screen-on time, stronger standby performance, and consistent power for multitasking on a large display.
A New Standard for Foldables
For todayโs users, reliability is an expectation. With the HONOR Magic V6, long-lasting power and everyday durability are not compromises, but integral parts of the experience.
[1] Data comes from the HONOR lab. Drop resistance was tested against a carrier of the same weight using HONOR Anti-scratch NanoCrystal Shield and ordinary glass; scratch resistance was tested against scratches before and after using the ultra-hard low-reflectivity coating process. HONOR Magic V6 employs a new ultra-hard, low-reflectivity coating process. When the coating is in good condition, it can withstand daily contact friction with a Mohs hardness of 7 or lower. The coating will wear down under normal use; the result is 3 times that of a product without this process, as demonstrated in the steel wool friction life test. As a precision electronic product, mobile phones are still at risk of damage from drops and harsh usage conditions. Please avoid drops, impacts, and friction from hard objects.
[2] The phone is not professionally water resistant. It is splash-proof, water-resistant and dust-proof under normal use. It has been tested under controlled laboratory conditions and reaches the IP68 and IP69 level in accordance with IEC 60529 (international) standards. Splash, water, and dust resistances are not permanently effective, and the protective performance may decrease due to daily wear and tear.
[3] Data comes from HONOR laboratory. 8.75mm refers to the thickness in the folded state, while 4.0mm refers to the thickness in the unfolded state of the White model in the folded state. The overall thickness does not include the inner and outer screen protective films and the raised part of the camera.
