Ministry of Culture, Mohammed Bin Rashid Library, and National Library & Archives Collaborate to Revive National Publications

Dubai, UAE, April 23, 2026: In conjunction with World Book and Copyright Day, His Excellency Mohammed Ahmed Al Murr, Chairman of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Library Foundation, announced a landmark cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Culture, the National Library and Archives, and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library to reproduce historic national publications.
