KERING EYEWEAR COMPLETES THE ACQUISITION OF MAUI JIM


In accordance with the terms disclosed on March 14th, 2022 and following clearance from the antitrust authorities, Kering Eyewear today announced that it now holds more than 90% of the iconic sunglass brand
Maui Jim, with the remaining shares expected to be acquired by year-end. Maui Jim will be consolidated in Kering accounts starting from October 1st, 2022.

نتائج الاستبيان تسلّط الضوء على الحاجة لتوفير منتجات مبتكرة تعتمد على تقنية النانو

أبرز النتائج:

  • يسبب استخدام الفوط الصحية التقليدية المتوفرة في الاسواق مشاكل لدى حوالي 83% من السيدات في المنطقة.
  • حوالي 79% من السيدات في المنطقة عانين من التهابات نسائية نتيجة استخدام الفوط الصحية.
  • حوالي 64% من السيدات المشاركات في الاستبيان غير راضيات عن جودة الفوط الصحية المتوفرة
  • حوالي 98.5% من السيدات اللواتي استخدمن الفوط الصحية المعتمدة على تقنية النان بكتيف و ينصحن بها.
