Aster DM Healthcare Launches Women’s Health Programme – A unified initiative to support women across different stages of life

Dubai, UAE – June 29, 2026 – Aster DM Healthcare has announced the launch of its comprehensive, group-wide women’s health programme designed to redefine how women in the UAE experience healthcare across every stage of life.

• At WHX 2026, Aster DM Healthcare – UAE’s second largest healthcare provider –   announced two new hospitals in Dubai and a major expansion in Al Qusais, adding 370 new beds to current strength of 920 beds in UAE
• Revealed plans to launch the first and only private organ transplant centre in Sharjah and Northern Emirates, an Advanced Robotic Rehabilitation Centre in Dubai, Thrive by myAster, advanced HIS, along with AI and robotic systems

Dubai, UAE – February 10, 2026: In alignment with Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), Aster DM Healthcare revealed game changing projects in the pipeline, worth an investment of AED 1 billion, aimed at making worldclass healthcare locally available in the UAE and redefining the future of healthcare access for the people of the country.  

• Following an ameloblastoma diagnosis and surgical removal of a large tumour from his jaw in 2022, the patient was left with significant difficulties including speaking, smiling, eating, and disfigured facial appearance.

• Using advanced 3D technology, Dr. Saman Fallahi and his team at Medcare Dentofaces successfully restored the patient’s oral function & facial aesthetics by creating a custom-made solution.

Dubai – September 6th, 2025: Following a benign tumor surgery, a 46-year-old patient had been struggling with a facial deformity for two years that not only took away his ability to speak and chew but also to smile. Nemr Mazen Nimer Altaher, from Jordan, was diagnosed with ameloblastoma, a rare but benign tumor of the upper jaw two years ago. In 2022, although the tumor was removed with life saving surgery, it left him with a huge facial defect that impacted his life greatly. Nemr stated, “I had survived the tumor, but I felt like I had lost myself. Eating food was a challenge, I could not participate in conversations, and smiling became something I actively avoided.”
