Sharjah, UAE (October 22, 2023): – Coral Beach Resort Sharjah, managed by Hospitality Management Holding (HMH), is reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and environmental conservation by launching an innovative onsite water bottling plant system. This initiation represents the first of its kind among hotels in the Northern Emirates, aiming to eliminate the use of plastic bottles, preventing approximately 300,672 plastic bottles from entering the environment annually.

Beijing, 19 October 2023:The fifth Russian-Chinese Energy Business Forum (RCEBF) was opened on Tuesday in Beijing, the capital of the People’s Republic of China.The Forum is held under the auspices of the Russian Presidential Commission for Fuel and Energy Complex Development Strategy and Environmental Safety and the National Energy Administration of the People’s Republic of China, co-organized by Rosneft and China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC).

جامعة دبي تختتم مشاركتها المتميزة بفعاليات معرض التعليم الدولي 2023

في “إكسبو الشارقة”

اختتمت جامعة دبي مشاركتها في فعاليات النسخة الـ19 من معرض التعليم الدولي 2022، أحد أهم معارض الجامعات والتعليم العالي على مستوى الدولة والمنطقة والذي نظمه مركز “إكسبو الشارقة”، بدعم من غرفة تجارة وصناعة الشارقة.

 وشهد الحدث الذي أقيمت فعالياته بالتعاون مع وزارة التربية والتعليم وهيئة الشارقة للتعليم الخاص، خلال الفترة من 18 حتى 21 أكتوبر الجاري، مشاركة أكثر من 100 جامعة ومؤسسة تعليمية وأكاديمية من عدد من دول العالم ومنها:دولة الإمارات وكندا والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ومملكة البحرين وفرنسا وجورجيا وماليزيا والهند، بالإضافة إلى الحضور المتميز من المؤسسات الأكاديمية والجامعات المحلية.

دبي، 22 أكتوبر 2023: رصدت شركة “دبليو كابيتال” للوساطة العقارية، التي تتخذ من دبي مقرًا لها، أكبر 10 صفقات لبيع الأراضي في سوق دبي العقاري منذ بداية العام الحالي وحتى الآن بقيمة إجمالية 8.6 مليار درهم.

بحسب الرصد الذي جاء استنادًا لبيانات دائرة الأراضي والأملاك في دبي، جاءت الصفقة الأكبر لبيع أرض من حيث القيمة والمساحة منذ بداية العام الحالي في منطقة “مقطرة” وهي أرض للغرض السكني بقيمة 3.87 مليارات درهم على مساحة 203.1 ملايين قدم مربع بواقع 19 درهمًا للقدم الواحدة.

وفي المرتبة الثانية، جاءت صفقة بيع قطعة أرض للغرض السكني أيضًا في منطقة مقطرة بقيمة 1.834 مليار درهم، مساحتها 2.75 مليون قدم مربع، بسعر 666.2 درهمًا للقدم.

وجاءت صفقة بيع أرض للغرض السكني في منطقة “الصفوح الثانية” في المرتبة الثالثة بقيمة 630.79 مليون درهمًا، بمساحة 33.108 مليون قدم مربع بسعر 19.05 درهمًا للقدم الواحدة.
