Joyalukkas Marks Two Decades of Saving Lives with Global Blood Donation Camps on World Blood Donor Day

World’s Favourite Jeweller Unites Employees and Communities Across Multiple Countries in Life-Saving Initiative

[Dubai , June 19,2026] – Joyalukkas, the world’s favourite jeweller, marked World Blood Donor Day with a series of blood donation camps spanning its global operations — reaffirming a commitment to community health that has remained unbroken for over 20 years.

The initiative drew enthusiastic participation from employees and members of the public across the UAE, India, GCC countries, Singapore and the United States, cementing its place as one of the most enduring and far-reaching programmes in the retail jewellery industry.

Two Decades, Thousands of Lives

Since 2004, Joyalukkas has championed blood and platelet donation as a cornerstone of its corporate responsibility ethos. To date, the group has conducted more than 190 blood donation camps, collecting over 4,300 units of life-saving blood and platelets — a milestone that speaks to both the organisation’s perseverance and the extraordinary generosity of its people.

A Truly Global Campaign

This year’s drives spanned every region where Joyalukkas operates. In Dubai, the campaign was held in partnership with the Dubai Blood Donation Centre — a collaboration that has endured through exceptional circumstances, including the COVID-19 pandemic — while equally impactful camps were simultaneously organised across other countries, reflecting a unified global effort rooted in shared purpose.

Commenting on this year’s campaign, John Paul Alukkas, CEO of Joyalukkas Jewellery, said: “At Joyalukkas, we are proud to see our employees across the world come together for this noble cause. True success is measured not only by business achievements but also by the positive impact we create in society. These drives are a testament to our belief in building a healthier future — and proof that when a community acts with purpose, lives are saved.”
