أعلنت شركة “نيو بيري للتطوير العقاري” عن إطلاق مشروع سكني جديد في دبي ضمن سلسلة مشاريع تحمل اسم “تشابتر”، في خطوة تأتي في وقت يواصل فيه القطاع العقاري في الإمارة تسجيل نشاط في الطلب والاستثمار.
وقالت الشركة إن المشروع الأول ضمن السلسلة سيقام في منطقة الورسان 4 الواقعة ضمن المرحلة الثانية من المدينة العالمية، ويضم وحدات سكنية تشمل استوديوهات وشققاً من غرفة نوم واحدة.

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة – 11 مايو 2026 – أعلنت بن غاطي القابضة المحدودة عن نتائج مالية قياسية للربع الأول المنتهي في 31 مارس 2026، مواصلةً تسجيل أداء استثنائي للربع العاشر على التوالي، مدعوماً بقوة المبيعات والانضباط التشغيلي والطلب المتواصل على مشاريعها العقارية المتنوعة.
وسجلت الشركة صافي أرباح بلغ 1.43 مليار درهم، بنمو سنوي قدره 73%، فيما ارتفعت الإيرادات إلى 4.39 مليار درهم بزيادة 52% مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من العام الماضي. كما ارتفع مؤشر الأرباح قبل الفوائد والضرائب والإهلاك والاستهلاك (الأرباح قبل الفوائد والضرائب والإهلاك والاستهلاك) إلى 1.83 مليار درهم، محققاً نمواً بنسبة% 83.
وواصلت الشركة تعزيز هوامش الربحية، حيث بلغ هامش صافي الربح 33% مقارنة بـ29% في الربع الأول 2025، فيما ارتفع هامش الربح الإجمالي إلى 43%. كما ارتفع إجمالي الأصول إلى 32.87 مليار درهم، بينما وصلت السيولة النقدية إلى 9.9 مليار درهم، ما يعكس متانة المركز المالي للشركة وقدرتها على دعم خططها التوسعية.

At a special groundbreaking event held today at the project site in Margham, Mr Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Developments, was joined by His Excellency Saeed Al Eter, CEO of the MBRGI, to mark this special occasion.
This launch event follows the announcement on 24 April 2026 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, about this humanitarian initiative as a flagship investment of the MBRGI. The One Billion Meals Dates Factory is set to become the largest endowment-based manufacturing facilities of its kind, producing 150 million date-based food units annually, with its entire output dedicated to food aid for underserved communities worldwide. Azizi Developments’ contribution to this valuable humanitarian project is a donation worth 200 million dirhams towards the factory’s construction.
