صيف ساخن لسوق العقارات في دبي وسط اهتمام عالمي قوي

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، الاثنين 29 يوليو 2024:

قال الخبير العقاري حسين المرسومي، إن سوق العقارات في دبي يشهد مبيعات قياسية خلال فصل الصيف الحالي وسط اهتمام عالمي قوي.

وأضاف المرسومي، أن مبيعات عقارات دبي في أول شهور فصل الصيف منذ بداية يوم 21 يونيو حتى الآن من هذا العام بلغت نحو 60 مليار درهم نتجت عن نحو 19 ألف صفقة.

وتوقع المرسومي، أن تتراوح مبيعات العقارات في دبي بين 125-130 مليار درهم خلال موسم الصيف ككل، مع تفضيل العملاء من المواطنين والأجانب والمقيمين لاقتناء وحدة سكنية قريبة من الشواطئ والأماكن الترفيهية الخاصة بالألعاب المائية، نظرًا لحرارة الصيف.

القطاع العقاري وصل لحالة من النضج ساهمت في دعم النمو واختراق مستويات غير مسبوقة

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، الأحد 28 يوليو 2024:

توقع تقرير صادر عن “دبليو كابيتال” الشركة الرائدة في قطاع الوساطة العقارية في دبي،تسليم أكثر من 30 ألف وحدة سكنية في سوق دبي العقاري في النصف الثاني من عام 2024، مع تسارع تنفيذ الشركات العقارية للمشاريع قيد التطوير.

وأفادت “دبليو كابيتال” في تقرير توقعات سوق دبي العقاري للنصف الثاني من العام 2024، بأن التسليمات المرتقبة للمشاريع العقارية في دبي سترتفع في النصف الثاني من العام من مستويات أكثر من 17 ألف وحدة، مما سيرفع إجمالي الوحدات إلى ما يقارب 48 ألف وحدة خلال العام ككل، بما يتوافق مع التوقعات بشأن التسليمات الجديدة.
