Sanzen has officially commenced construction on Sukoon by Sanzen, an AED 1.5 billion residential development in Sharjah comprising 859 villas and townhouses across four phases. The construction launch comes at a moment when many regional developers are choosing to pause. Construction officially began on 7 April 2026. The announcement was made at a signing ceremony held at Sanzen’s office in Festival Tower, Festival City, Dubai, where Sanzen and PTC Contracting signed the construction agreement in the presence of senior leadership from both companies and more than 20 media representatives.
