His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, affirmed that the United Arab Emirates (UAE), under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, continues to strengthen its global position as a leading model in investing in people, advancing education, empowering youth, and building a knowledge and innovation-based society, noting that universities and academic institutions play a pivotal role in preparing generations capable of shaping the future and contributing to comprehensive national development.

His Excellency made these remarks while attending Canadian University Dubai’s (CUD) 15th graduation ceremony honouring the “Class of Pride and Glory” held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, in the presence of Mr. Buti Saeed Al Ghandi, Chancellor and Chairman of the University Board of Trustees, Professor Karim Chelli, President and Vice-Chancellor of the University, members of the Board of Trustees, academic and administrative staff, parents, and graduates.

Emirates NBD Funds €86M for Luxury Real Estate in Dubai

Dubai / Luxembourg, 2026 – Emirates NBD, a leading banking group in the Middle East, North Africa and Türkiye (MENAT) region, and CPI Property Group (“CPIPG”), a leading European real estate company, have successfully executed an AED 367.3 million (approximately EUR 86 million) loan facility secured against a portfolio of ultra-luxury residential units in Dubai.

CPIPG owns 19 luxury residences in Dubai, including 15 units under construction by leading local developers. The development properties are located across four of Dubai’s most distinctive residential projects including Bvlgari The Lighthouse (Jumeirah Bay), Casa Canal and One Canal (Dubai Water Canal), and Mr. C Residences Downtown (Downtown Dubai).

Dubai Chambers Strengthens Trade Ties with Ethiopia

Dubai Chambers engages in a series of meetings in Addis Ababa to strengthen trade and investment ties between Dubai and Ethiopia

Dubai, UAE –Dubai Chambers has held a series of meetings with government entities, economic institutions, and investment organisations in Addis Ababa to explore ways of strengthening trade and investment between Dubai and Ethiopia.

The meetings were attended by H.E. Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers. Dubai Chambers met with Ethiopia’s Ministry of Industry, represented by H.E. Melaku Alebel, Minister of Industry, to discuss ways to expand cooperation across industrial sectors. The meeting also explored opportunities to strengthen private sector partnerships, increase trade exchange, and open new avenues for joint investment.

Dubai Chamber of Commerce organises 276 bilateral business meetings in Accra to strengthen trade cooperation between companies in Dubai and Ghana

Dubai, UAE – Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three chambers operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, has successfully organised 276 bilateral business meetings between companies from Dubai and their counterparts in Accra, the capital city of the Republic ofGhana. The meetings took place during the first stop of the trade mission led by the chamber to Ghana and Ethiopia as part of its ‘New Horizons’ initiative, which aims to support the expansion of local companies into promising global markets.
