“بن غاطي” تطرح مشروع “بن غاطي سكاي رايز” في الخليج التجاري بقيمة استثمارية 5 مليار درهم

في خطوة جديدة تعزز مكانتها في سوق العقارات الفاخرة بدبي، أطلقت شركة “بن غاطي” للتطوير العقاري مشروع “بن غاطي سكاي رايز”، الأيقونة الجديدة في منطقة الخليج التجاري في دبي، وذلك لتلبية الطلب المتزايد على الوحدات السكنية الفاخرة بالقرب من برج خليفة والقناة المائية.

ويأتي هذا الإطلاق في إطار رؤية “بن غاطي” لمضاعفة محفظة مشروعاتها إلى أكثر من 100 مليار درهم خلال الـ 18 شهرًا القادمة، حيث يُعد المشروع تحفة معمارية تضم 3,333 وحدة سكنية مصممة بأسلوب عصري.

وفي تعليق له على المشروع، قال المهندس محمد بن غاطي، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة “بن غاطي”: يمثل مشروع “بن غاطي سكاي رايز” خطوة جديدة نحو تعزيز التميز في تقديم تجارب سكنية فريدة من نوعها، ونسعى دومًا لتجاوز التوقعات وابتكار مساحات معيشية تجمع بين الفخامة والابتكار، بما يُجسد رؤيتنا في إحداث تأثير نوعي في سوق العقارات بدبي ومضاعفة حجم محفظتنا العقارية الى 100 مليار درهم خلال الـ 18 شهرًا القادمة.”

Binghatti Launches AED 5 Billion Skyrise Project in Business Bay.

VINGROUP, VINFAST SIGN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH FOUR MAJOR PARTNERS IN THE MIDDLE EAST

Dubai, October 29, 2024 – During an official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh witnessed the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) between Vingroup, VinFast, and leading partners in the Middle East.
