Reportage Properties 2023 sales up 60% to AED3.7bn

Abu Dhabi,30 December 2023:Reportage Properties, the leading UAE real estate developer, sales top AED 3.7bn ($1 billion) during 2023, compared to AED2.3bn in 2022, a growth rate of more than 60%.

Reportage Properties portfolio includes 29 projects in the UAE, Egypt, Turkey, and Morocco.

The company confirmed that the continued increase in sales for the sixth year in a raw reflects their strong performance and ability to keep pace with market changes through providing distinguished real estate units that meet the requirements of various segments of investors, while continuing to launch new projects that meet customer requirements.

Reportage Properties noted that the increase in sales reinforces the company’s plans to expand, grow, and explore more promising investment opportunities in the UAE and abroad.

مبيعات «ريبورتاج العقارية» ترتفع 60% إلى 3.7 مليار درهم خلال 2023

أبوظبي، 30 ديسمبر 2023: حققت ريبورتاج العقارية، الشركة الرائدة في مجال التطوير العقاري بالإمارات، مبيعات بقيمة 3.7 مليار درهم (مليار دولار) خلال عام 2023، مقابل مبيعات بقيمة 2,3 مليار درهم حققتها الشركة خلال عام 2022، بنمو يتجاوز% 60.

وتضم محفظة “ريبورتاج العقارية” 29 مشروعا بالإمارات، ومصر، وتركيا، والمغرب.

وأكدت ريبورتاج العقارية أن استمرار زيادة المبيعات للعام السادس على التوالي، يعكس الأداء القوي لـ “ريبورتاج” وقدرتها على مواكبة متغيرات السوق، وتوفير منتج عقاري متميز، يلبي متطلبات شرائح متنوعة من المستثمرين، مع مواصلة طرح مشاريع جديدة تلبي متطلبات العملاء.

وأوضحت “ريبورتاج” أن زيادة المبيعات يعزز خطط الشركة للتوسع والنمو واستكشاف المزيد من الفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة بالإمارات والخارج.

جامعة دبيوجامعة أبوظبي تنضمان إلى برنامج تحالف الجامعاتمن اس ايه بي لتعزيز العمل المناخي المشترك

رحب برنامج تحالف الجامعات لعملاقة التقنية العالمية “إس إيه بي” بانضمام عضوين جديدين من دولة الإمارات إلى صفوفه، حيث تعاون البرنامج معهما ومجموعة من المؤسسات الأخرى بهدف نشر الوعي حول أهمية دور الأجيال الجديدة والتعليم والتكنولوجيا في التصدي للتحديات المناخية العالمية.

وقد انضم عضوان جديدان من المؤسسات التعليمية المرموقة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال افريقياإلى البرنامج، وهما جامعة دبي التي أصبحت رسمياً عضواً في البرنامج خلال استضافتها للنسخة السابعة من المؤتمر الدولي حول تطوير الأعمال، وجامعة أبوظبي التي وقعت على ميثاق العضوية خلال الاستضافة المشتركة للجامعتين لمؤتمر المجتمع الأكاديمي لـ”إس إيه بي” في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا والذي استضافته جامعة دبي بحرمها الجامعي في المدينة الأكاديمية.

UAE Farmers Council discusses initiatives to strengthen the sustainability of the agricultural sector

Dubai, UAE, 29 December 2023: Her Excellency Mariam Bint Mohammed Almheiri, the UAE Minister of Climate Change and Environment, chaired the ninth meeting of the Farmers’ Council, to review the latest developments in the national agricultural sector and to discuss the Ministry’s initiatives to promote its sustainable growth. The meeting also focused on identifying the needs of the farmers to increase domestic productivity and thereby optimise imports.

H.E. Mariam Almheiri said the UAE leadership places utmost importance on supporting farmers to enhance the sustainability of the agricultural and food sector, ensure national food security and address climate change.
