UAE Food & Beverage Business Group (F&B Group), under the patronage of the UAEMinistry of Economy and Dubai Chamber of Commerce,announced the 5th edition of the Future Food Forum 2023, which continues to drive the progress of the F&B sector and symbolises the relentless efforts of key stakeholders in the field to promote sustainable well-being.The event is supported by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourismand will take place on 20 and 21 September 2023.

UAE to host 25th edition of Gulf Engineering Forum in February 2024

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 13 September 2023: The UAE Society of Engineers, in collaboration with the Gulf Engineering Union, has officially announced the launch of the 25th Gulf Engineering Forum to be hosted in the United Arab Emirates in February next year under the theme “Smart Engineering for a Sustainable Future.”

Agthia Group Shareholders Approve AED 65.31 Million Interim Dividend for H1’23

Abu Dhabi, UAE, 12th September 2023: Agthia Group PJSC (AGTHIA:UH), one of the region’s leading food and beverage companies, held its General Assembly Meeting virtually today. During the meeting, shareholders approved the Board’s proposed interim cash dividend of 8.25 fils per share (AED 65.31 million) for the 6 months ending 30th June 2023.

Khalifa Sultan Al Suwaidi, Chairman of Agthia Group, commented: “Our interim dividend reflects Agthia’s robust balance sheet and strong cash generation, and continued confidence in its future growth prospects as it progresses its strategy to become a leading food and beverage company in the MENA region and beyond.”
