EGA and ADNOC L&S Forge Strategic Logistics Partnership

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, 13th May 2026: Emirates Global Aluminium, the largest ‘premium aluminium’ producer in the world, and ADNOC Logistics & Services plc (ADNOC L&S, ADX symbol ADNOCLS / ISIN AEE01268A239) today announced the signing of a high-level agreement at Make it in the Emirates to explore collaboration on supply chain resilience in the aluminium value chain.

EGA and ADNOC L&S aim to strengthen and expand their commercial relationship on logistics, including transportation, fleet management and infrastructure. The agreement envisages the potential formation of a joint venture focused on logistics assets, transportation services and integrated supply chain solutions.

52  unified teams participate in the Unified Robotics League Finals

  • The event, organized by special Olympics UAE, with the support of ADNOC, as a strategic partner, saw 52 unified teams compete for the Unified Robotics League title.
  • The finals were held at the Abu Dhabi Energy Center, following national qualifying rounds, that included 142 teams from schools nationwide.
  • The finals were judged by 13 experienced educational and technical experts, representing several specialized institutions in the UAE.

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – May 23, 2024: 52 unified teams from schools across the UAE competed in the finals of the Unified Robotics League, which is organized by Special Olympics UAE for the third year, with the support of ADNOC as a strategic partner and sponsor. The qualifying rounds began during October 2023, and witnessed several rounds, during which 142 teams from 142 schools across the UAE competed. A total of 640 students of determination with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their unified partners, participated in competitions designed for different age groups.

  • Company reports Y-o-Y EBITDA growth of 4.6% in 2023, and 15.4% Y-o-Y increase in underlying EBITDA
  • ADNOC Distribution surpasses its 2023 target of opening 25-35 new service stations by adding 41 stations to its network
  • Fuel volumes sold in GCC countries (UAE and Saudi Arabia) rise 11.8% in 2023, while non-fuel transactions grow by 12.9% Y-o-Y
  • Convenience store conversion rate reaches 24.7%, up from 21.7% in 2022, supporting non-fuel gross profit growth of 19.6% Y-o-Y
