Axis Communications launches first indoor air quality sensors for cost-effective monitoring and management

Dubai, UAE, April 2025 – Axis Communications, the leading manufacturer of network security and surveillance solutions, has announced AXIS D6210 Air Quality Sensor and AXIS D6310 Air Quality Sensor, the company’s first environmental sensors. The new sensors seamlessly integrate with existing Axis solutions to monitor multiple indoor air quality parameters, enabling efficient and appropriate response to indoor air quality issues, including vaping and smoking, and the proactive management and optimization of air quality in almost any indoor environment. Both of the new sensors have been developed in-house by Axis. 

AXIS D6210 and AXIS D6310 monitor indoor air quality by detecting vaping and smoking, and air pollutants such as particulate matter, volatile organic compounds, nitrogen oxides, and carbon dioxide, in addition to measuring relative humidity and temperature.
