  • زيادة الربح الإجمالي بنسبة 143% ليصل إلى 3.95 مليار درهم، وارتفاع الأرباح قبل الفوائد والضرائب والإهلاك والاستهلاك بنسبة139 % لتبلغ 3.28 مليار درهم.
  • تضاعف حجم السيولة النقدية ليصل إلى 7.7 مليار درهم، مع بقاء نسبة الدين إلى حقوق الملكية عند مستوى صحي بلغ 1.2 مرة.
  • بيعنحو 12000 وحدة سكنية خلال التسعة أشهر الأولى في 2025، ما جعل “بن غاطي” المطور الأعلى مبيعاًللمشاريع على المخطط في دبي من حيث عدد الوحدات.
  • إطلاق 11 مشروعًا جديدًا بقيمة تطويرية إجمالية قدرها أكثر من 11.0 مليار درهم.
  • محفظة من المشاريع التطويرية قيد التنفيذ والتخطيط بقيمة تقارب 75 مليار درهم، تضم نحو 40,000 وحدة سكنية موزّعة على 38 مشروعًا استراتيجيًا.
