إي اف چي هيرميس تنجح في إتمام خدماتها الاستشارية لصفقة بيع محفظة مختارة من العلامات التجارية التابعة لشركة «سينومي ريتيل» في مجال الأزياء لصالح شركة «عبدالله العثيم للأزياء»

المملكة العربية السعودية، 18 مارس، 2024

أعلنت اليوم إي اف چي هيرميس، بنك الاستثمار التابع لمجموعة إي اف چي القابضة والرائد في أسواق الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، أن قطاع الترويج وتغطية الاكتتاب قد نجح في إتمام الخدمات الاستشارية في صفقة دمج واستحواذ لصالح شركة «سينومي ريتيل»، الشركة الرائدة في مجال تجارة التجزئة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، والتي تتضمن بيع محفظة مختارة من العلامات التجارية التابعة لشركة «سينومي ريتيل» في مجال الأزياء وذلك لشركة «عبدالله العثيم للأزياء»، المملوكة بالكامل لشركة «عبدالله العثيم للاستثمار».

وبموجب هذه الصفقة، قامت شركة «سينومي ريتيل» في ديسمبر عام 2023 بتوقيع اتفاقية بيع أسهم مع شركة «عبدالله العثيم للأزياء» للاستحواذ على حصة 100% من أسهم شركتها التابعة «الزي المبتكر التجارية» والتي تمتلك حق امتياز 16 علامة تجارية، حيث قامت الشركة بإتمام هذه الصفقة في فبراير من العام الجاري بعد الحصول على الموافقات اللازمة واستيفاء الشروط التجارية التنظيمية المتفق عليها.
