- ‘ASBI Shipping FZCO’ is the new joint venture between Al Seer Marine’s ASM Nautical Holding and B International Shipping & Logistics– an affiliate of the BGN group of companies.
- ASBI has secured two 22,000 cbm semi-refrigerated vessels, chartered for 10 years by BGN INT DMCC to serve growing LPG demand.

Abu Dhabi, Monday 2nd June 2025, Al Seer Marine (ADX: ASM), a frontrunner in the maritime industry and a subsidiary of IHC (ADX: IHC), has partnered with B International Shipping & Logistics, an affiliate of top energy trader BGN, to launch a Joint Venture ‘ASBI Shipping FZCO’. This new joint venture will own and operate mid-sized liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and product tankers, strengthening regional and global LPG logistics.

لبحث آفاق جديدة للتعاون المالي
عُقد منتدى الصين الدولي للتمويل، الملتقى الخليجي للتعاون المالي بنجاح في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، بتاريخ 29 مايو .وقد تمحور موضوع الملتقى حول: “بناء واحة من اليقين في ظل حالة من عدم اليقين”، حيث نُوقشت سبل التعاون والتطور المالي بين الصين ومنطقة الخليج في ظل الأوضاع المالية العالمية، مع التركيز على مجالات مثل التمويل الرقمي والتمويل المستدام، بهدف تعزيز التنمية المتكاملة. ويهدف الملتقى إلى إنشاء منصة للتواصل والتعاون بين المؤسسات المالية العالمية وصنّاع السياسات، من أجل مناقشة سُبل دفع التنمية الاقتصادية الإقليمية عالية الجودة وبناء نظام مالي عالمي يتمتع بالمرونة.
وخلال الجلسة الافتتاحية، أشارت السيدة ييليو شوإي، منسقة المجلس التنفيذي لحكومة منطقة هونغ كونغ الإدارية الخاصة ورئيسة مجلس أمناء معهد سافانتاس للسياسات، إلى أنه مع التقدم المستمر لمبادرة “الحزام والطريق” في السنوات الأخيرة، أصبحت مجالات التعاون بين الجانبين، مثل التجارة والاستثمار، أكثر ترابطًا، مما أسس قاعدة صلبة للتعاون المالي. وأكدت على الأهمية الكبرى لتعزيز التعاون المالي في ظل التحولات العميقة التي يشهدها النظام الاقتصادي العالمي حالياً.
واقترح السيد شيواى شي، نائب الأمين العام التنفيذي لاتحاد صناعة التمويل في شنغهاي بتنظيم منتدى شنغهاي – دبي الدولي للتمويل بشكل سنوي، ودعوة مختلف الأطراف من كلا الجانبين لمناقشة القضايا الساخنة في القطاع المالي وفرص التعاون، وتعزيز مواءمة المشاريع، إلى جانب الإصدار المشترك لتقارير ومؤشرات تعاون، كما دعا إلى تعزيز التعاون مع وسائل الإعلام المالية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط لنشر نتائج التعاون وزيادة الاهتمام الدولي وتعزيز التأثير.كما ألقى كل من السيد جين جيايي، الرئيس التنفيذي لغرفة التجارة الصينية الإماراتية، والسيد يانغ كون، الشريك الإداري الأول ومدير مكتب لونغآن للمحاماة فرع شانغهاي، كلمات ترحيبية خلال الفعالية.
