Dubai, 31 January, 2025: The MI Emirates’ captain Nicholas Pooran was in the form of his life, as he guided his side over the line against the Gulf Giants, at the Dubai International Stadium on Friday evening, in Season 3 of the DP World ILT20. The MI Emirates won the game by five wickets and also registered their first victory of the season in Dubai. Skipper Pooran, who walked away with the player of the match award, finished unbeaten on 58 off 37 deliveries, also won the player of the match award.

His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi witnesses key MoUs between RAKEZ, CII, and MIDC at UAE-India: Partnership for Enduring Prosperity Forum

Ras Al Khaimah, 30 January 2025: His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, witnessed the signing of significant Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) during the ‘UAE-India: Partnership for Enduring Prosperity’ forum, held recently at the Waldorf Astoria, Ras Al Khaimah. The forum brought together leaders and innovators to strengthen economic collaboration between the UAE and India.

The MoUs, signed between Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) and key Indian entities such as the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), aim to bolster trade and investment opportunities. The agreement with CII focuses on facilitating the growth of Indian businesses by providing tailored support, hosting industry events, and promoting Indian enterprises within the RAKEZ ecosystem. Meanwhile, the MoU with MIDC emphasises strengthening trade ties between Ras Al Khaimah and Maharashtra by fostering investor connections, promoting a business-friendly environment, and collaborating on mutually beneficial projects.

خفض أسعار الفائدة يضيف مزيدا من الانتعاش للقطاع العقاري الإماراتي في 2025

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، الجمعة 31 يناير 2025:

توقع مؤسس ومدير شركة الليوان الملكي للعقارات محمد حارب، أن يضيف خفض أسعار الفائدة في عام 2025 مزيدا من الانتعاش للقطاع العقاري في الإمارات، مع انخفاض تكلفة التمويل وزيادة عمليات الرهن العقاري، إلى جانب الإقبال على الأصول الأمنة ذات العوائد الثابتة مثل الذهب والعقار.

وقال حارب، أنه عندما تنخفض أسعار الفائدة، تتراجع كلفة اقتراض الأموال، بما في ذلك لأجل شراء العقارات، وقد أبقت أسعار الفائدة المرتفعة العديد من المشترين والبائعين خارج سوق الإسكان.
