Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 26th April 2024: Award-winning celebrity Chef Izu Ani is thrilled to announce the evolution of his celebrated Izu Burger – previously available exclusively through delivery – to its very first permanent location in Box Park, Dubai.

Following a successful launch in 2021 as a delivery-only concept, Izu Burger now emerges as a full-fledged restaurant, promising meticulously crafted burgers and a welcoming dining ambiance for friends and family. Here, diners can expect an unmatched culinary experience centered around premium quality ingredients and expert craftsmanship, inspired by Chef Izu Ani himself.

The menu at Izu Burger is crafted with utmost passion and attention to detail and features a selection of signature beef and chicken burgers. Reimaging the classic burger experience, the restaurant diverges from using conventional ground beef patties and uses only premium ingredients such as Australian Angus, Wagyu sliced rib-eye and fluffy potato buns to elevate its sandwiches to perfection. Dishes on the menu include the Wagyu milk baguette and the Wagyu beef potato bun, both featuring sliced Wagyu rib-eye, Izu BBQ sauce, tartar, Emmenthal and a choice of a milk baguette or potato bun. Chicken burger selections include spicy chicken, featuring buttermilk cornfed chicken glazed with a sriracha maple sauce, spicy dust, coleslaw and spicy mayo between a potato bun and the smoky goodness of BBQ chicken complete with homemade dill pickles and tangy BBQ sauce.

Vegetarian and vegan diners are also catered to at Izu Burger with options that include flavourful ingredients such as umami-filled portobellos. Among the offerings is the vegan burger showcasing a grilled Portobello mushroom with fermented chili sauce, tomato compote, vegan sauce and crispy fried onions on a vegan bun. Meanwhile, vegetarians can indulge in the vegetarian burger featuring layers of BBQ Portobello mushroom, jalapeño mayo, crispy fried onion, and scarmorza on a potato bun. Izu Burger’s commitment to authenticity means refraining from using imitation meats while still offering mouthwatering alternatives.

Complementing the mains are a range of expertly crafted side dishes, including freshly-made Izu fries seasoned with Izu spice blend and decadent truffle fries. As for dessert, guests can include in treats such as passion fruit cheesecake and Hokkaido ice cream, made perfectly to pair with the best coffee in town.
