Salik and TAMM forge partnership to Drive Services’ Digital Transformation

Dubai – United Arab Emirates, 18 December 2023

Salik Company P.J.S.C., the Emirate of Dubai’s exclusive toll gate operator, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TAMM, the Abu Dhabi government services platform, under the umbrella of the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE).

The partnership agreement was signed by H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Askar, the Director-General of the TAMM Program, and Ibrahim Sultan Alhaddad, Chief Executive Officer of Salik, marking a historic milestone for the UAE’s transportation sector and demonstrating the commitment of both entities to enhance services and provide digital solutions, further driving progress and innovation in the transportation sector.

Dubai, UAE – 18 December 2023, Careem, the region’s leading multi-service app,  partners with iPiD, a leading technology provider, to enhance Careem Pay’s international remittance feature.

Through the partnership with iPiD, Careem Pay customers will only need to provide the account number of their receiver. The “Breeze” feature automatically validates the account number and pulls up the receiver’s name for confirmation by the customer.
