Record breaker!

25,000 people line the streets of UAE capital for fifth edition of ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon as Brigid Kosgei sets new women’s record

  • Five-time major Marathon champion Brigid Kosgei won the women’s category with a time of 2:19:15, knocking a minute off the course record
  • Amare Hailemicael Samson won the men’s category with a time of 2:07:10

UAE, Abu Dhabi, December 16, 2023: It was a day to remember for Brigid Kosgei as she marked her first appearance at the ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon by setting a new women’s record as more than 25,000 participants from 168 different nationalities took to the streets of the UAE capital.

Solutions from EcoSat, Golden JoTree, and AIN by TYAR, focus on climate monitoring, sustainable agriculture & logistics, and smart irrigation.


Sharjah, 16 December 2023

Winners of the “Ecopreneurship Program” were announced during COP28, recognising sustainable innovation and advancements within the AI, logistics and agriculture sectors. This program, in collaboration with the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa) and Expo City, is curated by the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation as a strategic partner to the Ministry of Education (MOE) under the Greening Communities Pillar of the UAE’s Green Education Partnership.

Initiated in October of this year, the program received an overwhelming response with over 1,000 applicants from the region and the world, culminating in the awarding of three exceptional teams whose innovative projects were pitched in front of an international audience at the MOE’s Pavilion at COP28, promising to make lasting contributions to a greener future.

أريستا العقارية تدخل السوق الإماراتي بمشاريع فاخرة واستثمارات تتجاوز 5 مليارات درهم

  • أريستا العقارية تضع معايير جديدة للتميز في قطاع العقارات في دولة الإمارات بغية تقديم منظور جديد للحياة الفاخرة من خلال إضفاء أناقة التصميم في كافة مشاريعها.
  • استثمار حوالي 5 مليارات درهم في السنوات الثلاث إلى الأربع المقبلة، وتتمثل باكورة هذا الاستثمار بمشروعها الأول ذي الموقع الاستراتيجي في مدينة محمد بن راشد.
  • القطاع العقاري يحظى بأهمية كبيرة في الاقتصاد الإماراتي، إذ يشكل قرابة 5.5٪ من إجمالي الناتج المحليللدولة.

الإمارات العربية المتحدة، دبي، ديسمبر 2023: أعلنت شركة أريستا العقارية عن دخولها المشهد العقاري في سوق دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وذلك في خطوة من شأنها الارتقاء بسوق العقارات، حيث تعتزم الشركة القيام باستثمارات كبيرة تتجاوز قيمتها 5 مليارات درهم خلال السنوات الثلاث أو الأربع المقبلة، كما تهدف أريستا العقارية لوضع معايير جديدة للتميز في قطاع العقارات الإماراتي حيث تتطلع لتقديم منظور جديد للحياة الفاخرة من خلال إضفاء أناقة التصميم في كافة مشاريعها.

يأتي هذا الإعلان في ظل الأهمية المتزايدة لقطاع العقارات في الاقتصاد الوطني، حيث يمثل ما يقارب 5.5% من إجمالي الناتج المحلي. وقد شهدت دبي، التي صنّفت كرابع أهم أسواق العقارات الفاخرة عالمياً للعام الماضي زيادة استثنائية بمعدل 40%، حيث بلغت قيمتها 97.55 مليار درهم في الربع الثالث من عام 2023 بعد أن كانت قيمتها 69.5 مليار درهم في الربع الثالث من عام 2022.
