• The Special Olympics UAE team won 5 Gold medals, 6 Silver and 4 Bronze. 
• Other achievements include 4^th place in swimming, bocce and athletics; 5^th place in table tennis and 6^th place in Athletics.

Abu Dhabi, UAE, September 18, 2024: The Special Olympics UAE delegation arrived in Abu Dhabi today, after securing 5 gold medals, 6 silver and 4 bronze.  The team participated in the Special Olympics National Games Malta 2024, held from September 12 to 15, 2024, where the UAE delegation competed in swimming, table tennis, athletics, football, and bocce.
