دبي، يناير 2024 – أعلنت سلسلة مطاعم الصفدي الناجحة التي تديرها العائلة، عن إطلاق مشروع المطبخ المركزي الجديد، وهي مبادرة استراتيجية تهدف إلى إحداث ثورة في مجال الطهي في كافة أنحاء دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. يؤكد هذا المشروع على التزام العلامة التجارية الراسخ بتقديم جودة استثنائية وكفاءة عالية وتجربة راقية لعملائها في مجال المأكولات.

تقع قطعة الأرض في مدينة دبي للإنتاج حيث ستبلغ مساحتها 6000 متر مربع، وستضم منشأة بمساحة 5000 متر مربع مؤلفة من طابقين ومزوّدة بأحدث التجهيزات في تقنيات المطبخ. قامت شركة الصفدي بتعيين شركة سبان كونستراكت كمقاول للمشروع الذي يتوقع أن يكتمل إنجازه في مارس 2025 وأن يصبح جاهز تمامًا للعمل بكامل طاقته بحلول الربع الثاني من العام 2025. وسيقدّم هذا المطبخ المركزي خدماته لفروع الصفدي الحالية كما سيدعم المطاعم التي ستُفتتح في المستقبل بالإضافة إلى خدمات تقديم الطعام، ومشاريع البيع بالتجزئة، وشركات البيع بالجملة ضمن مجموعة الصفدي.

Abu Dhabi, UAE– 25 January 2024:  Adding pace to its strategic plan of enhancing maritime and tourism in Aqaba, AD Ports Group (ADX: ADPORTS), a global leader in trade, logistics and industry, announced today the signing of the shareholders’ agreement between its digital arm, Maqta Gateway, and the Aqaba Development Corporation (ADC) with regards to their existing joint venture company, Maqta Ayla. Maqta Gateway will have a 51 per cent stake in Maqta Ayla, while ADC will own 49 per cent.
