مبيعات عقارات دبي الأقرب إلى ذروة عام 2009

ارتفاع مبيعات الربع الثاني 37% إلى 124.4 مليار درهم

كشف المستشار العقاري طارق الشحي، أن المبيعات الضخمة للقطاع العقاري في دبي خلال عام 2024 تؤشر إلى أن السوق قريبة من تسجيل الذروة القياسية لعام 2009.

وأفاد الشحي، بأن المبيعات العقارية في دبي سجلت أرقامًا قياسية من حيث الحجم والقيمة، حيث بلغ العدد الإجمالي للمبيعات أكثر من 43 ألف صفقة في الربع الثاني من العام الحالي بزيادة وقدرها 45% بالمقارنة مع الربع الثاني من عام 2023.

وارتفعت قيمة الصفقات في الربع الثاني من العام بنسبة 37% بعد تسجيلها 124.4 مليار درهم، فيما وصل حجم المبيعات ذروته متجاوزًا الارتفاع السابق الذي سجله في الربع الأول من عام 2024 بنسبة 17% في حين تجاوزت قيمة المبيعات الذروة السابقة المسجلة في الربع الرابع من 2023 بنسبة 2%.
