أكد سعادة المهندس مروان بن غليطة، مدير عام دائرة الأراضي والأملاك في دبي ومدير عام بلدية دبي بالإنابة، أن التحولات الاستثنائية التي شهدتها ولا تزال تشهدها دبي جاءت ثمرة رؤية صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي “رعاه الله”، وتوجيهاته التي أسست لنهج تنموي شامل ومبتكر. وقال سعادته: “في الذكرى التاسعة عشرة لتولي سموه مقاليد الحكم في دبي، نقف أمام تجربة قيادية فريدة أعادت صياغة مفهوم التنمية، ما جعل دبي في صدارة المدن العالمية. وبفضل نهج سموه الذي يمزج بين الابتكار والاستباقية، حققت الإمارة إنجازات نوعية في الاقتصاد والتخطيط الحضري والخدمات الذكية لترسخ مكانتها كنموذج يُحتذى به”.
