After last edition’s enthralling performance, Akon set to rock World Tennis League Season 3 once again

Abu Dhabi (UAE), 16 September 2024: The World Tennis League (WTL) is delighted to announce that the Grammy Award winning-artist Akon will be performing at the third season of the league, scheduled to be held at the iconic Etihad Arena from December 19 to 22, 2024.

With Akon joining the legendary rock musician Bryan Adams and American pop diva Anastacia in a star-studded line-up of artists, the WTL promises to be bigger and more exciting as it builds on the success of the previous seasons.

UAE Team ADQ’s Eleonora Gasparrini wins GP Stuttgart & Region

Abu Dhabi – UAE, September 16, 2024

After her bronze medal at the World Under 23 European Championships, UAE Team ADQ’s Eleonora Gasparrini celebrated her third personal victory of the season today by winning the Women’s Cycling Grand Prix Stuttgart & Region. Eleonora clinched the win at the Grand Prix Stuttgart & Region, with a decisive strong sprint, finishing ahead of runner-up Lieke Nooijen, of team Visma-Lease a Bike and Mareille Meijering, of team Movistar, on Sunday. Teammate Dominika Wlodarczyk finished sixth. The one-day Pro Series race covered a distance of 118.2km from Böblingen to Stuttgart.

أبوظبي – الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 16 سبتمبر 2024: أعلن فريق الإمارات القابضة (ADQ) اليوم عن فوز لاعبته إليونورا جاسباريني في سباق الجائزة الكبرى شتوتغارت والمنطقة للسيدات، مسجله بذلك فوزها الشخصي الثالث لهذا الموسم، بعد حصولها على الميدالية البرونزية في بطولة العالم تحت 23 عامًا الأوروبية. وتمكنت إليونورا الفوز في سباق الجائزة الكبرى بشكل سريع وحاسم، متقدمةً بجدارة على الفائزة بالمركز الثاني ليكي نوين من فريق Visma-Lease a Bike ومارييل ميجيرينغ من فريق Movistar، فيما حلت زميلتها في الفريق دومينيكا فلودارتشيك في المركز السادس. ويمتد السباق الذي استمر ليوم واحد، على مساحة 118.2 كم بين مديتني بوبلينجن إلى شتوتغارت.

Abu Dhabi, 13 September 2024: The World Tennis League is thrilled to announce the addition of American singer-songwriter Anastacia Lyn Newkirk to its lineup for the third season, scheduled to be held at the iconic Etihad Arena from December 19 to 22, 2024.

The American pop diva will join legendary rock musician Bryan Adams, who is set to perform on the opening night of WTL 2024, creating a stellar lineup that will dazzle audiences on and off the court. She will take the stage on the second day (December 20) of the third edition of the World Tennis League.
