28 لاعبًا يتنافسون في خمس رياضات هي ألعاب القوى، والبولينج، والسباحة، وتنس الطاولة، والريشة الطائرة

أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 9 فبراير 2026: يشارك لاعبو الأولمبياد الخاص الإماراتي في منافسات ألعاب الماسترز أبوظبي 2026 والتي انطلقت يوم الجمعة الماضي. يبدأ 28 لاعبًا مشاراكاتهم في خمس رياضات هي ألعاب القوى، والبولينج، والسباحة، وتنس الطاولة، والريشة الطائرة. وتأتي هذه المشاركة في إطار تعزيز الدمج الرياضي، وإتاحة آفاق أوسع للتفاعل الدولي أمام اللاعبين، بما يدعم تبادل الخبرات وترسيخ قيم المشاركة والتمكين عبر الرياضة.

كما شهد مراسم حفل الافتتاح مشاركة لاعبين من الأولمبياد الخاص الإماراتي ضمن موكب أعلام الرياضة، هما صالح المري وعلياء المهيري، حيث سيحملان أعلام الرياضات التي يمثلانها، في لحظة رمزية تعبر الانتماء وروح الإنجاز

وبهذه المناسبة، قال سعادة طلال الهاشمي، المدير الوطني للأولمبياد الخاص الإماراتي: “يسعدنا المشاركة في فعاليات ألعاب الماسترز أبوظبي 2026، التي تستضيف دولة الإمارات أول نسخة منها في المنطقة، في محطة رياضية تعكس مكانة أبوظبي كمركز عالمي للرياضة الدامجة. وتمثل مشاركة 28 لاعبًا من أصحاب التحديات الذهنية والنمائية في خمس رياضات مختلفة تأكيدًا على قوة لاعبينا، وقدرتهم على التنافس، وروحهم العالية التي يجسّدونها في كل مضمار وملعب، ونتطلع إلى أداء مشرف يعبّر عن جاهزيتهم والتزامهم”.

Supported by Dubai Sports Council, the event welcomed more than 4,500 plus attendees, including cancer warriors, runners, families, communities, cultures, and health advocates from across the country who embodied a united spirit in support of a cancer-conscious society.

Following the historic Abu Dhabi edition at Hudayriyat Island where Cancer Run™ 2026 earned the Guinness World Records™ title for Most Nationalities in a Cancer Awareness Run event, the Dubai run ended on a solid note, advocating the importance of raising awareness, urging routine check-ups, and adopting an active lifestyle as measures for cancer prevention. The event’s vision clearly aligns with the nation’s broader goal of establishing a healthier society.
