Along with the importance of global reskilling, new Pearson Research shows age of AI calls for employers to focus on creative strategies to close talent gaps in their workforce

Dubai, UAE โ€“ 19 May 2025 – New research from Pearson (FTSE: PSON.L), the worldโ€™s lifelong learning company, shows that, as roles in the technology industry are being reshaped by automation and AI, employers should consider a strategy of โ€˜role redesignโ€™ to solve talent needs and maintain competitiveness.

For this latest Skills Outlook, Solving the Tech Talent Gap from Within, Pearson looked at how the tech workforce might evolve and be reshaped by emerging technology over the next five years. The study focused on five of the most common and high value tech roles in the US. The research found that these highly valued workers will save around a day a week by 2029 – just through augmenting and automating key tasks with technology.

International Indian School Celebrates Outstanding Grade 12 Results with 96.6% Stream Topper and Strong Overall Performance

Ajman, The International Indian School (IIS) proudly announces the successful completion of the Grade 12 CBSE Board Examinations for the Academic Year 2024โ€“2025, marked by remarkable achievements and consistent academic excellence.

Out of 161 students who appeared for the examinations, the results reflect the schoolโ€™s continued commitment to high academic standards and student success. A total of 8 students secured full A1 grades, 17 students scored above 90%, while 82 students earned distinction (75โ€“90%) and 57 students achieved first class (60โ€“75%).

The school is especially proud of its stream toppers. In the Commerce stream, Nyssa Hashim led the batch with an exceptional 96.6%, while in the Science stream, Muaad Bin Siyad secured the top position with an impressive 95.2%.
