دبي، 16 مايو 2025: أعلن مجمع توب جولف دبي عن شراكته مع الأولمبياد الخاص الإماراتي لإطلاق برنامج تدريبي مبتكر في رياضة الجولف يستهدف أصحاب الهمم، ويسعى إلى توفير بيئة محفزة لهم لممارسة الجولف، وذلك في خطوة تعكس التزام المجمع بالتمكين والدمج والترويج لرياضة الجولف في أوساط أصحاب الهمم في الدولة.

تدفق قوي للمستثمرين الأجانب لشراء عقارات دبي على المخطط

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، الجمعة 16 مايو 2025:

رصدت “دبليو كابيتال” الشركة الرائدة في قطاع الوساطة العقارية في دبي، أن مبيعات العقارات على الخارطة التي يفضلها كثير من المستثمرين قد سجلت مستويات مرتفعة منذ بداية عام 2025 متجاوزة 90 مليار درهم.

وأفاد الرصد الذي اعتمد على بيانات دائرة الأراضي والأملاك في دبي، أن سوق دبي العقارية شهدت 40500 صفقة عقارية للبيع على المخطط خلال الفترة من مطلع العام حتى يوم 15 مايو 2025، بقيمة 90 مليار درهم، لتمثل 38% من إجمالي المبيعات المنفذة في السوق، بينما تستحوذ العقارات الجاهزة التي سجلت 147.4 مليار درهم على 62% من المبيعات خلال نفس الفترة.
