Special Olympics UAE and the Abu Dhabi Sports Council Team organize the Abu Dhabi Inclusion Run

More than 1000 participants run 1.5km and 3km together with People of Determination and Special Olympics UAE athletes

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – March 21, 2024: Special Olympics UAE and Abu Dhabi Sports Council organized the “Abu Dhabi Inclusion Run” to commemorate the fifth anniversary the Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019. The event aimed to promote inclusion, foster respect for individuals with different abilities, and encourage societal acceptance. Over 1000 participants took part in the 1.5km and 3km races, held at the Abu Dhabi Cricket and Sports Hub, including officials and members of People of Determination clubs and centers, various partners and supporters, and families and friends of People of Determination.

EFG Hermes Completes Advisory on USD 428.7 Million IPO of Parkin on the DFM

The IPO set a record for the most subscribed offering on the Dubai Financial Market, with an overall subscription of approximately 165 times.

Dubai, March 21, 2024

EFG Hermes, an EFG Holding Company and the leading investment bank in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), announced today that its investment banking division successfully completed its advisory on the USD 428.7 million initial public offering (IPO) of Parkin, the largest provider of paid parking facilities and services in Dubai, on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM). EFG Hermes acted as a Joint Bookrunner on the transaction.

أعلن اليوم إي اف چي هيرميس، بنك الاستثمار التابع لمجموعة إي اف چي القابضة والرائد في الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، أن قطاع الترويج وتغطية الاكتتاب التابع لها نجح في إتمام خدماته الاستشارية لصفقة الطرح العام الأولي لشركة «باركن»، أكبر مزود لخدمات مواقف السيارات المدفوعة في إمارة دبي، وذلك بقيمة 428.7 مليون دولار في سوق دبي المالي. وقد قامت إي اف چي هيرميس بدور مدير الطرح المشترك لهذه الصفقة.
