The 55-storey luxury residential project is the latest land development in Downtown Dubai offering stunning views of both the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain.

Dubai, 02July2024– Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, a world-leading luxury hotel brand within the Accor group,has partnered withSOL Properties, a leading developer in the UAE,to launch a premium residential development, the Fairmont Residences Solara Tower Dubai, in Downtown Dubai,to redefine luxury real estate.The project is currently underway and is scheduled for completion by Q3 of 2027.

اتفاقية تعاون بين “ريبورتاج العقارية” و”إمبايرهولدينج باكستان“

– استثمارات مبدئية بقيمة 300 مليون دولار على مدى السنوات الخمس المقبلة

أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، الثلاثاء 2 يوليو 2024:

كشفت ريبورتاج العقارية، الشركة الرائدة في مجال التطوير العقاري في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ومقرها أبوظبي، عن توقيع اتفاقية مع شركة إمبايرهولدينج باكستان، الشركة الرائدة في مجال العقارات السكنية والتجارية ومقرها لاهور، لإطلاق مشروع مشترك في قطاع العقارات المزدهر في السوق الباكستانية.

جاءت مراسم توقيع الاتفاقية خلال فعالية خاصة نظمتها شركة ريبورتاج العقارية، على هامش تنظيميومًا خاصًا للمبيعات يوم الأحد 30 يونيو 2024 في فندق هيلتون ياس في أبوظبي.

ووقع الاتفاقية العضو المنتدب لشركة ريبورتاج العقارية أندريا نوسيرا، والعضو المنتدب لشركة إمبايرهولدينج باكستان فيصل افتخار.

وبناءً على هذه الاتفاقية التي تهدف إلى تعزيز التعاون بين الشركتين، سيتم إنشاء شركة جديدة هي “ريبورتاجإمباير باكستان” والتي ستتولى استكشاف المشاريع العقارية الممكنة في سوق العقارات الباكستاني، ووضع الخطط التسويقية اللازمة لإطلاقها إلى جانب استراتيجية بعيدة المدى لتوسع الشركة بخطى مدروسة.
