Presight Leads AI Enablement Workshop for top Ethiopian Government Officials

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, July 26, 2024: Presight, the Middle East’s leading big data analytics company powered by Generative AI, hosted a workshop on the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) for the public sector and was attended by Ethiopia’s Deputy Prime Minister Temesgen Tiruneh and several high-level Ethiopian Government officials.

The three-dayworkshop, held as part of the AI Enablement Initiative, took place in Addis Ababa from July 22 to July 24 and was put together in partnership with Open Innovation AI – an Abu Dhabi-based software company.

Abu Dhabi Customs Wins 6 Gold Awards at the 2024 Harvard Business Council International Awards

The General Administration of Abu Dhabi Customs has achieved notable success by winning six gold awards at the 2024 Harvard Business Council International Awards, based in New York City, USA, for its excellence in applying the best international practices and the highest standards of quality and institutional excellence.

A delegation from the awards organizer, headed by Dr. Ayman Taha, representative of Harvard Business Council International Awards in the Middle East and North Africa, presented the awards during their visit to the headquarters of Abu Dhabi Customs in Masdar City. The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Fahd Ghareeb Al Shamsi, Executive Director of the Support Services Sector at Abu Dhabi Customs, along with several department managers and employees.

Bawabat Al Sharq Mall Brings Incredible Talents Under One Roof Before Back-to-School Season 

Abu Dhabi, July 26, 2024:With the Back-to-School season just around the corner, Bawabat Al Sharq Mall is hosting another exceptional event.

This year, Bawabat Al Sharq Mall visitors are in for a treat, with an activation that shines the spotlight on students with impressive skills and incredible talents, whether it’s singing, dancing, painting, comedy, magic, or mental calculation! 

Applications for the Bawabat Al Sharq Talent Show are open to students aged between 8 to 16 years and can be submitted through the Bawabat Al Sharq Mall website between July 25th and August 4th, along with a short clip showcasing the student’s talent. The submitted applications will be evaluated by a panel of 3 judges, after which 15 applicants will be selected to perform live at the mall on August 23rd. The judges will then choose 3 winners who will become Bawabat Al Sharq’s next big stars and walk away with valuable prizes!
