PlanRadar launches “Construction Site Templates Playbook” to help GCC project teams improve daily site execution control

New bilingual (English/Arabic) guide brings together practical templates and an execution control framework to support safer delivery, stronger QA/QC, and more predictable handovers across construction and real estate projects

Dubai, UAE — 9 February 2026 — PlanRadar, a digital platform for construction and real estate project management, has launched the Construction Site Templates Playbook, a new practical guide designed to help project teams strengthen day-to-day execution control through disciplined, repeatable site documentation.

In this environment, performance issues often begin with simple breakdowns—unclear scope clarifications, delayed approvals, missed inspections, fragmented safety reporting, and incomplete records—then surface later during audits, handover, or dispute resolution when time and cost impacts are already locked in.

Five reasons why Abu Dhabi is attracting long-term real estate investors

Abu Dhabi closed 2025 with one of the strongest performances in its real estate history, consolidating its position as a core pillar of the UAE property market. The capital now accounts for approximately 10–12% of the UAE’s total real estate transaction value, a notable shift for a market that was previously viewed as conservative compared to Dubai.

According to ADREC data, total real estate sales rose from $27 billion in 2024 to nearly $39 billion in 2025, while the number of transactions increased by 49%. Whitewill, the international luxury real estate agency, attributes this performance to a combination of long-term urban planning, controlled supply, and rising international confidence in Abu Dhabi as a stable investment destination.
