إطلاق مساكن “مرسيدس بنز – بن غاطي” في “ميدان”

دبي- الامارات العربية المتحدة، الخميس 15 يناير 2026:

 بعد النجاح العالمي لتجربة تعاونهما الأولى، يكرر كلٌّ من بن غاطي ومرسيدس-بنز التجربة شراكة نحو رؤية أعظم بكثير، رؤية توسّع حدود كلٍّ من العقارات الفاخرة والابتكار في عالم السيارات.

 وتعود الشراكة اليوم مع الكشف عن مشروع”مساكن مرسيدس-بنز بليسز- بن غاطي”، أول مدينة في العالم تحمل علامة مرسيدس-بنز، وأول مجمع بالكامل من تطوير الشركة، في مشروع ضخم بقيمة 30 مليار درهم، يمتد على أكثر من عشرة ملايين قدم مربعة في منطقة ند الشبا.

وشهد حفل الإطلاق الكبير الذي أقيم في منطقة”ميدان”، واحداً من أكثر اللحظات إبهاراً في قطاع العقارات بدبي. واستضافت الأمسية نجم هوليوود تيري كروز، بحضور 25 ألف ضيف، وهو أكبر حشد جماهيري تشهده أي فعالية لبن غاطي حتى اليوم، حيث أضاء عرضٌ مبهر للطائرات المسيّرة سماء المدينة، وتتابع البرنامج الحافل من خلالمفاجأتين تاريخيتين.
