Dubai, United Arab Emirates, October 29, 2023: His Excellency Awadh Seghayer Al Ketbi, Director General of the Dubai Health Authority, inaugurated the Healthcare Future Summit 2024 in Dubai today. The three-day summit is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai. Under the theme “Vaccination, Research & Development, Policy, and Delivery: Towards a Healthier Future,” the summit is taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre, with over 5,000 attendees and 112 brands representing more than 70 countries.

دبي، 29 أكتوبر 2024: أعلنت زوهو كوربوريشن، وهي شركة تكنولوجيا عالمية تتخذ من تشيناي مقراً لها، اليوم أنها ستستفيد من منصة الحوسبة المسرّعة “إنفيديا إيه آي”، والتي تشمل “إنفيديا نيمو”، وهي جزء من منصة برنامج “إنفيديا إيه آي إنتربرايز”، وذلك لبناء ونشر نماذجها اللغوية الكبيرة في تطبيقات البرمجيات كخدمة SaaS الخاصة بها. وبمجرد بناء ونشر نماذج اللغة الكبيرة، فإنها ستصبح متاحة لعملاء زوهو كوربوريشن البالغ عددهم أكثر من 700،000 عميل عبر أقسام “مانيج إنجن” ManageEngine والموقع الإلكتروني للشركة Zoho.com على مستوى العالم. وخلال العام الماضي، استثمرت زوهو كوربوريشن ما يزيد عن 10 ملايين دولار في تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي ووحدات معالجة الرسوميات من شركة “إنفيديا” العالمية، وتخطط لاستثمار مبلغ إضافي قدره 10 ملايين دولار خلال العام المقبل. وجاء هذا الإعلان على هامش قمة الذكاء الاصطناعي لـ “إنفيديا” في مومباي.

Lanka T10 Super League Player Draft set for 10th November

29th October 2024: The Player Draft for the inaugural Lanka T10 Super League will take place on November 10, 2024, in Colombo. The tournament is scheduled from December 12 to 22, featuring six franchise teams and showcasing local and international players in cricket’s fastest format.

Each franchise will be selecting up to 17 players and minimum 15 players for their squads. With the player registration deadline closing on November 1 and the direct player signing deadline on November 5, each franchise must sign six players directly from each category: one Icon player, one Platinum player, one Category A player from Sri Lanka, and one from overseas, similarly from category B, allowing franchises to secure one local and one overseas player.
