أعلنت شركة جينكو العقارية عن إطلاق مشروع “ون ريزيدنس”، أحدث مشاريعها الريادية الذي ترسي من خلاله معياراً جديداً في عالم المعيشة الفاخرة حيث سيشيّد المشروع في موقع استراتيجي في قلب مدينة دبي، وباستثمارات تقدر بـــ 1.2 مليار درهم إماراتي. وسيقدم المشروع الجديد لسكّانه تجربةً معيشيةً لا تضاهى، حيث سيتردد صدى التفرّد الذي يمثله المشروع في كافّة جوانب المعيشة التي سينعم بها قاطنوه. ويأتي تنفيذ هذا المشروع تماشياً مع النمو الكبير الذي حققه سوق العقارات في منطقة وسط مدينة دبي، مما عزز مكانتها كوجهة استثمارية رئيسية، حيث حققت زيادةً ملحوظةً بلغت نسبتها 133% في عدد التداولات العقارية، فضلاً عن ارتفاع كبير بنسبة 41% في الإيجارات خلال السنوات الأخيرة*.

ويعدّ مشروع “ون ريزيدينس” أعجوبةً فنية في عالم الأناقة المعمارية، وهو من تصميم المهندس المعماري الشهير براد ويلكنز، والذي امتدّت إبداعاته الهندسية على ثرى ثلاث قارات، نفّذ فيها مشاريع بارزة في كافّة أنحاء سنغافورة والصين والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. كما شهدت المسيرة المهنية للمهندس ويلكنز تصميم بعض ناطحات السحاب الأكثر شهرة حول العالم، ومنها برج خليفة في دبي وبرج نهر اللؤلؤ في الصين، ويتطلع اليوم بشغف للعمل من جديد على تشييد ناطحة سحاب مذهلةٍ أخرى في منطقة وسط مدينة دبي الحيوية. ومن المقرر أن يصبح “ون ريزيدينس” أيقونةً صارخة الجمال في الأفق المكتظّ لمنطقة وسط المدينة، حيث سيتميز تصميمه بألواح نحاسية مذهلة تتلألأ تحت أشعة الشمس لتعكس سحر الأناقة والجمال على ما حولها، ملقيةً بألوان تمنح الدفء وتجذب الأنظار بمظهرها المذهل غير المسبوق.
