أعلنت شركة آرك للتطوير العقاري، الشركة الرائدة في تشييد المشاريع السكنية ومرافق الضيافة الأيقونية في دبي بخبرة تزيد عن أكثر من 25 عاماً عن إطلاق أحدث مشاريعها؛ سورا بيتش ريزيدنسز، وهو مشروع عقاري جديد ومذهل ويتمتع بموقعٍ متميز على الشاطئ الخلّاب لجزيرة المرجان بإمارة رأس الخيمة، وبقيمة إجمالية تبلغ 4 مليارات درهم.
وجرى الإعلان عن هذا المشروع الأيقوني خلال فعاليةٍ حصرية أقيمت في منتجع (ون آند أونلي، ون زعبيل) من جانب السيد راهول كومار جوبتا، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة آرك للتطوير العقاري، بحضور كبار الشخصيات، من ضمنهم سعادة الشيخ سلطان بن صقر النعيمي، والمهندس المعماري عبد الله العبدولي، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مرجان، والسيد فادي الجابري، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة نيكين سيكي في المنطقة الحرة بدبي، وإيكتا جاين، رئيس قسم التصميم الداخلي لدى شركة شاليني ميسرا ديزاين.

United Arab Emirates, 3 May 2024: Emirates Global Aluminium, the largest ‘premium aluminium’ producer in the world, today announced the completion of the acquisition of Leichtmetall Aluminium Giesserei Hannover GmbH.
EGA announced its intention in March to acquire Leichtmetall from Leichtmetall Holding GmbH, a subsidiary of an investment fund managed by Quantum Capital Partners GmbH. The transaction has now cleared all required regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
