Purple, pink, yellow, fuchsia, and bright flowers sat in little planters till children attending the hands-on Agriculture Workshop at the 42nd Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF) 2023 reached for their favourite colour and began potting excitedly.

Dubai Land Department directs property owners to engage accredited valuation offices for the implementation of corporate tax legislation

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 12 November 2023: To reinforce transparency within the real estate market and promote adherence to relevant laws and regulations, Dubai Land Department (DLD) is committed to providing property owners with accessible resources. The official list of accredited companies and valuation offices is available on DLD’s official website (dubailand.gov.ae) and the Dubai REST app, all compliant with the prerequisites for implementing corporate tax per Decree Law No. 47 of 2022.These directives are thoughtfully designed to guide companies in preventing potential legal or financial infractions, thereby supporting continuous growth and contributing to the development and prosperity of Dubai’s real estate sector.

أجمع خبراء في التنمية وتطوير الذات أن أساسيات الأسرة السعيدة تتركز في وجود النقاط المشتركة، والحياة التكاملية، والاحترام، والتفاهم، وقبول الاختلاف، والقدرة على الاستماع بالحياة.

جاء ذلك في ندوة نظمتها جمعية الاجتماعيين في الشارقة، بعنوان “مقومات الأسرة الناجحة” في “معرض الشارقة الدولي للكتاب 2023″، وشارك فيها الدكتور علي اليماحي استشاري تنمية الذات، والدكتورة وفاء مصطفى استشارية التنمية البشرية وتطوير الذات، وعبدالله الحوسني نائب الرئيس التنفيذي في شركة أركان للتدريب، وأدارتها الدكتورة رقية الريسي عضو مجلس إدارة جمعية الاجتماعيين.

خلال جلسة حوارية ضمن فعاليات “الشارقة الدولي للكتاب 2023”

كاتبات: أدب الطفل ينمي المهارات اللغوية والفكرية لدى الصغار واليافعين

 

الشارقة، 12 نوفمبر 2023

اتفقت كاتبتان متخصصتان في أدب الأطفال على أهمية الكتابة للصغار ودورها في تشكيل شخصيتهم وتعزيز محبتهم للقراءة، بما ينمي مهاراتهم اللغوية والفكرية والإبداعية، موضحتين أن هذا القطاع يشكل تحدياً كبيراً، ويحتاج إلى كتاب متمكنين ومسؤولين ومبدعين، يكتبون برؤى الأطفال، ويستمعون إلى الطفل الذي بداخلهم.

جاء ذلك في جلسة حوارية بعنوان “استكشاف قوة أدب الأطفال والمراهقين” استضافتها الدورة الـ42 من معرض الشارقة الدولي للكتاب، وتحدث خلالها الكاتبة الإماراتية أميرة بوكدرة، والكاتبة البريطانية ميرنا بينت.
