W Capital, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage, announced a new draw for the year 2024, starting from next January 20^th,for Dhs100.000, as part of their strategy to stimulate real estate sales.

The company organized 3 draws in the first half of 2023, with a value of Dhs100.000 each.

“We are starting again to offer raffles to boost sales, especially with the continued real estate momentum in the Emirate of Dubai,” said CEO, Walid Al Zarooni.

He pointed out that participating in the draw, requires purchasing a unit through W Capital during the period from November 17^th2023 to January 17^th, 2024, with the draw taking place on January 20^th.

دبي، 22 أكتوبر 2023: رصدت شركة “دبليو كابيتال” للوساطة العقارية، التي تتخذ من دبي مقرًا لها، أكبر 10 صفقات لبيع الأراضي في سوق دبي العقاري منذ بداية العام الحالي وحتى الآن بقيمة إجمالية 8.6 مليار درهم.

بحسب الرصد الذي جاء استنادًا لبيانات دائرة الأراضي والأملاك في دبي، جاءت الصفقة الأكبر لبيع أرض من حيث القيمة والمساحة منذ بداية العام الحالي في منطقة “مقطرة” وهي أرض للغرض السكني بقيمة 3.87 مليارات درهم على مساحة 203.1 ملايين قدم مربع بواقع 19 درهمًا للقدم الواحدة.

وفي المرتبة الثانية، جاءت صفقة بيع قطعة أرض للغرض السكني أيضًا في منطقة مقطرة بقيمة 1.834 مليار درهم، مساحتها 2.75 مليون قدم مربع، بسعر 666.2 درهمًا للقدم.

وجاءت صفقة بيع أرض للغرض السكني في منطقة “الصفوح الثانية” في المرتبة الثالثة بقيمة 630.79 مليون درهمًا، بمساحة 33.108 مليون قدم مربع بسعر 19.05 درهمًا للقدم الواحدة.

“W Capital”: The top 10 land deals in 2023 worth Dhs8.6bn

Dubai,22 October 2023: “W Capital”, a leading real estate brokerage based in Dubai, followed up the 10 largest deals of land selling in the Dubai since the beginning of this year, with a total value of Dhs8.6bn.

The study based on data from the Dubai Land Department -DLD, showed that the largest land sale deal in terms of value and area was in the “Maqtarah” area, for residential purposes, worth Dhs3.87bn, with an area of 203.1 million square feet, at 19 dirhams per foot.

In second place was the deal of a plot of land for residential purposes, also in Maqtarah, worth Dhs1.834bn, with an area of 2.75 million square feet, at a price of 666.2 dirhams per foot.

The deal of residential purposes plot in “Al Sufouh2” came third, with an area of 33.108 million square feet, worth Dhs630.79mn, at a price of 19.05 dirhams per foot.
