وقعت تعاونية الاتحاد مذكرة تفاهم مع مجموعة EROS، الشركة المتخصصة في إدارة وتوريد وتجارة الأجهزة المنزلية والإلكترونية، لتعزيز التعاون بين الطرفين، وذلك في إطار الجهود الهادفة لتوسيع أعمالها وعرض وتوريد المنتجات الإلكترونية الحديثة وإدارة ركن الإلكترونيات في فروع التعاونية، وفق شروط محددة من قبل الجانبين.
ووقع الاتفاقية كل من محمد الهاشمي الرئيس التنفيذي لتعاونية الاتحاد، وأحمد يوسف بدري مدير مجموعة EROS، وذلك في مقر إدارة تعاونية الاتحاد في الورقاء سيتي مول، بحضور عدد من الرؤساء التنفيذيين لإدارات تعاونية الاتحاد وعدد من كبار مسؤولي المجموعة.
Union Coop has announced its financial results for the first half of 2024, demonstrating a 5% increase in semi-annual revenues compared to the previous year. The cooperative achieved a 32.3% growth in net profits and expanded profit margins across its various sectors.
The cooperative’s Board of Directors has released the semi-annual results following strong performance in both business operations and sales. For the first half of 2024, Union Coop reported profits of AED 200 million, reflecting a 32.3% increase compared to the same period last year. This growth is attributed to strategic initiatives that enhanced profitability and revenue.
High Demand for Union Coop’s Upcoming Mall in Al Khawaneej-2

Dr. Suhail Al Bastaki, Chief Community Relations Officer at Union Coop, has announced the initiation of construction for the Al Khawaneej Mall project located in Al Khawaneej 2, Dubai. The mall is expected to be completed and open in the second quarter of 2025. Dr. Al Bastaki confirmed that 70% of the mall’s retail space has already been leased following the start of construction.
The new mall in Al Khawaneej 2 aligns with the ongoing development in Dubai’s retail sector. The mall will have a total construction area of approximately 70,698.69 sq. ft., featuring a spacious parking area for up to 92 vehicles. It will house a Union Coop hypermarket, covering about 28,253.09 sq. ft., along with 6 kiosks and 19 retail stores. This variety of retail options aims to meet the needs of all residents in the area.
