تعرف جمهور معرض الشارقة الدولي للكتاب على الكثير من القصص والتفاصيل الملهمة والمثيرة عن الفضاء، خلال لقائهم برائدي الفضاء؛ الإماراتي هزاع المنصوري، والأمريكية سونيتا ويليامز، الذين جمعهما المعرض في جلسة حوارية تحت عنوان “نجم الفضاء” خلال دورته الـ 42 التي تتواصل حتى 12 من نوفمبر الجاري.

قريباً سنعيشُ على القمر

في بداية الجلسة أعربتْ رائدة الفضاء الأمريكية سونيتا ويليامز عن دهشتها وسعادتها البالغة بامتلاء قاعة الاحتفالات بمعرض الشارقة الدولي للكتاب بالأطفال الذين قادهم شغفهم بالعلم والفضاء، وأتوا ليعرفوا المزيد عن هذا العالم، بعدها أخذت الحضور في جولة عبر مقاطع فيديو مصورة للتعرف على إنجازات محطة الفضاء الدولية التي تولت قيادتها، وكانت ثاني امرأة تقوم بهذه المهمة بعد بيجي بيتسون.
