Sultan Al Qasimi inaugurates Sharjah Public Libraries’ centennial celebration under the theme ‘100 Years of Stories’

Held at the historic Sharjah Fort (Al Hisn) in the Heart of Sharjah district

His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, has inaugurated the Sharjah Public Libraries (SPL) centennial celebration under the theme ‘100 Years of Stories’. The official ceremony, held at the historic Sharjah Fort (Al Hisn), commemorates 100 years since Sheikh Sultan bin Saqr bin Khalid Al Qasimi established Sharjah’s first library.
