“Reportage Properties” to hold a special sales day in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, 26 April 2024: Reportage Properties, the leading UAE real estate developer, is organizing a special sales day at the Rosewood Abu Dhabi Hotel next Sunday, April 28.

The company make special offers on selected projects, including an offer of 10% discount on all of their projects, with a 10% down payment, and 1% monthly  installments until  units handing off. There is also another offer that includes a 5% discount, with a 5% down payment, 1% per monthly installments until unit hand off. The offer also enables buyers to benefit from a 15% discount when making a 20% down payment.

«ريبورتاج العقارية» تنظم يوما خاصا للمبيعات بأبوظبي

أبوظبي، 26 أبريل 2024: تنظم ريبورتاج العقارية، الشركة الرائدة في مجال التطوير العقاري بالإمارات، يوما خاصا للمبيعات، في فندق روزوود أبوظبي ، يوم الأحد المقبل، الموافق 28 أبريل الحالي.

ويتضمن الحدث عروضا خاصة على مشاريع الشركة المحلية والدولية، منها عرضا على معظم مشاريع الشركة، يشمل خصما بقيمة 10%، مع سداد 10% دفعة مقدمة، و1% شهريا حتى التسليم، بالإضافة إلى عرض أخر يتضمن خصما بنسبة 5%، مع سداد 5% دفعة مقدمة، و1% شهريا حتى التسليم، فضلا عن إمكانية الاستفادة من خصم بنسبة 15% عند سداد 20% دفعة مقدمة، و1% شهريا حتى التسليم

وتضم محفظة «ريبورتاج العقارية» 35 مشروعا بالإمارات، ومصر، وتركيا، والمغرب والسعودية.

“ريبورتاج العقارية” تكشف عن مشروع “ريبورتاجفيلدج” بدبي لاند باستثمارات 2 مليار درهم

أبوظبي، 27 سبتمبر 2023: كشفت ريبورتاج العقارية، الشركة الرائدة في مجال التطوير العقاري بالإمارات، عن أحدث مشاريعها “ريبورتاجفيلدج”، وهو أول مشروع يتم تطويره تحت إشراف ذراعها الجديد “ريبورتاج إنترناشيونال ذ.م.م.” في منطقة دبي لاند، باستثمارات تبلغ 2 مليار درهم، وإيرادات متوقعة تصل إلى 3.3 مليار درهم.

ويقام مشروع “ريبورتاجفيلدج” على مساحة 307.4 مليون قدم مربع، ويضم 1767 وحدة سكنية ذات غرفتين وثلاث وأربع غرف نوم، بمساحات تتراوح بين 1567 إلى 2370 قدما مربعة.

وتبدأ أسعار الوحدات من 1.55 مليون درهم وحتى 2.19 مليون درهم ، ما يوفر تشكيلة موسعة من الخيارات للباحثين عن شراء سكن، حيث تتميز الوحدات بمواصفات فريدة.
