New SolarWinds Report: EMEA IT Pros Want AI but Fear Shortcomings in Data Quality, Privacy, Security

SolarWinds 2024 IT Trends Report asks whether IT pros across the EMEA region see AI as a friend or foe

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – June 20, 2024 – SolarWinds (NYSE:SWI), a leading provider of simple, powerful, secure observability and IT management software, today released the findings from its 2024 IT Trends Report, AI: Friend or Foe? The report, based on a survey of nearly 700 IT professionals, 297 of who were from the EMEA region, about their views on artificial intelligence (AI), found that despite a near-unanimous desire to adopt AI technology, very few respondents have confidence in their organization’s readiness to integrate AI, pointing to limitations in data and infrastructure and security concerns.
