“نَبني للتطوير العقاري” تعلن عن بيع جميع وحدات مشروع “نَبني أفينيو 7” خلال أسابيع من انطلاق أعمال البناء

أعلنت شركة “نَبني للتطوير العقاري” عن بيع كامل وحدات مشروعها السكني الجديد “نَبني أفينيو 7” في منطقة الفرجان بدبي، وذلك خلال أسابيع قليلة من بدء أعمال البناء، في إنجاز يعكس قوة الطلب على المشروع وثقة المشترين بالوحدات السكنية التي تطورها الشركة.

وجاء هذا الإقبال السريع بعد أداء قوي في مرحلة ما قبل الإطلاق، حيث تم حجز 65% من الوحدات قبل الإعلان الرسمي عن بدء الإنشاءات في ديسمبر 2025، ما يؤكد الجاذبية الاستثمارية المتنامية لمنطقة الفرجان، والثقة بقدرة الشركة على تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد.

ويتكوّن المشروع من مبنى متوسط الارتفاع بواقع 12 طابقاً، ويضم 166 وحدة سكنية من فئات غرفة وغرفتين وثلاث غرف نوم، على أن يتم تسليم الوحدات في الربع الثاني من 2027. ويُعد “نَبني أفينيو 7” المشروع الرئيسي ضمن سلسلة “أفينيو” التي تطورها الشركة، حيث يجمع بين الطابع الحضاري الراقي ولمسات فنية مستوحاة من أسلوب “آرت ديكو” مع عناصر تصميم إماراتية هادئة. كما يتميّز المشروع بأكبر مساحات للوحدات السكنية في منطقة الفرجان، تتراوح بين 885.55  و 2036.75 قدم مربعة.
