Meraas awards more than AED 2 billion construction contract for Design Quarter at d3

Dubai, UAE, 11 March 2025: Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a contract worth over AED 2 billion to Arabian Construction Company LLC for the construction of Design Quarter at d3, which includes the first residential community within Dubai Design District (d3), a global creative and design ecosystem.

Scheduled for completion by mid-2027, Design Quarter at d3 will create a vibrant and creative living environment at the heart of the d3’s masterplan. Residents will enjoy incredible views of the Dubai Canal and the picturesque Downtown skyline, providing an unparalleled backdrop.

Meraas awards AED 850 million construction contract for Bvlgari Lighthouse on Jumeira Bay Island

Dubai, UAE, 16 September 2024: Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded an AED 850 million contract for construction work of the Bvlgari Lighthouse on Jumeira Bay Island to Dutco Construction Co LLC.

With marine works now completed on this section of Jumeira Bay Island, construction will soon commence on the 27-storey luxury residential tower. Designed by world-renowned architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, Bvlgari Lighthouse is set to become one of the city’s most prestigious addresses and an exquisite highlight of the island.
